Elegant & Simple in Scottsdale

I get as excited as the next guy about finding a house in need of some love, and drywall, and paint. The neighborhood is what got me though. I visited some friends who wouldn't stop about the friendly neighbors, close schools and ease of access to everything. I immediately started the hunt for my next flip. I'm honored to be able to add this refresh to a great neighborhood.

For this project, we completely gutted the interior. The house gains some square footage through the master suite addition and a more thoughtful (and up to code) renovation of the car port space.
